GYMFLOW · REVENUE CHECK

How much membership revenue is leaving your gym every month?

Type five numbers you already keep at the front desk. The calculator turns them into the monthly and yearly membership income at risk. Nothing is sent anywhere until you decide to send it, and every figure below comes from your own fields.

Membership revenue at risk each month

Across twelve months: EGP 0

The result updates as you type. Empty fields stay at zero.

Your numbers

No industry average, no benchmark, and no default churn rate is applied anywhere on this page. If a line looks wrong, the working below shows exactly which input produced it.

The button opens the GymFlow contact form that every page on this site uses, with the two totals above attached to your request so nobody has to ask for them again.

Sent with your request, and kept out of the calculation.

Where GymFlow fits once you know the number

Subscription records keep renewal dates, freezes, and payment history in one place, so you can see which memberships are ending and what happened the last time.

Follow-up for those memberships is prepared from the same records in WhatsApp, and the owner approves the sending.

QR check-in records attendance as members arrive, including while the front desk is offline.

Reports cover the money side: subscription income, payment history, and the memberships that need attention.

The member app shows each member their own subscription, bookings, and check-in code.

Arabic interface with full right-to-left layout, Egyptian pounds, and local payment methods.

Questions owners ask about the numbers

How is the monthly figure calculated?

Monthly revenue at risk = (memberships ending this month × average monthly fee × share you do not expect to renew) + (payments that fail or go uncollected × average monthly fee). The twelve-month figure is the monthly figure multiplied by twelve. Both lines are rounded to whole pounds before they are added, so the lines on screen add up to the total.

Where do the percentages come from?

From you. The page holds no default churn rate, no sector average, and no benchmark. If your renewal share is a guess, read the result as a guess too, and you can change the number and watch the total move.

Does the calculator store or send my numbers?

No. The figures stay on the page while you use it. They leave it when you choose the contact button, which puts the totals into your request.

What happens to the number after I calculate it?

Nothing happens on its own. GymFlow prepares renewal follow-up from subscription records, and the owner approves what is sent. The calculator is a reading of your records, not a commitment to a plan.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. The calculator is open, and it runs without signing in.
