How the AI-assisted workflow works
1. Read the operational evidence
GymFlow uses the member's subscription, attendance, freeze, and follow-up records already stored in the system.
2. Create an explainable case
Najm summarises the reason, evidence, confidence, and operational impact instead of returning an unexplained score.
3. Recommend a next step
The case can suggest review, WhatsApp, phone follow-up, or no action, based on the available evidence and configured guardrails.
4. Keep the owner in control
An owner or manager can approve, dismiss, snooze, recover, or edit the action before it becomes part of the workflow.
5. Record the outcome
Responses, renewals, no-response cases, and losses remain separate so the gym can measure real retention rather than message activity.
More useful than black-box churn prediction
GymFlow focuses on observable business signals. A member's attendance drop may justify a check-in, but it does not prove cancellation. Najm helps the team sort and explain the evidence; the gym still applies human judgment, service context, and member preferences.
Owner-controlled AI, not uncontrolled outreach
Najm is feature-gated, branch-aware, and designed around explicit approval and audit records. The public product promise is assisted prioritisation and review. Any broader automation is configured during rollout and remains subject to the gym's policies and communication permissions.

Yes. Najm is GymFlow's AI-assisted operator for approved rollouts. It helps organise operational cases, explain evidence, and recommend a next step for owner or manager review.
Does GymFlow predict exactly which members will cancel?
No. GymFlow identifies observable risk signals and can add model-assisted summaries where enabled. It does not guarantee a cancellation prediction or renewal result.
Can Najm contact members automatically?
The standard public promise is owner-controlled review and follow-up. Any enabled automation is configured during a guided rollout with the gym's policies, approvals, and communication permissions.
What data does the AI use?
It uses GymFlow operational records such as subscription dates, attendance, freeze history, queued or failed follow-up, and recorded outcomes. It does not need an unrelated consumer-data profile.
Is the AI feature available in Arabic?
GymFlow supports Arabic and English operations. The exact Najm rollout, model availability, and supported workflow are confirmed during onboarding.
