Using the service
GymFlow is intended for legitimate gym, studio, and fitness business operations. Customers must provide accurate onboarding information, keep account access secure, and ensure that only authorized users access the service.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information your organization enters into GymFlow and for the decisions you make using that information.
- You are responsible for your member communications, including marketing, reminders, and operational messaging sent through WhatsApp or other channels connected to your account.
- You must not use GymFlow to violate law, infringe rights, bypass consent or messaging rules, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other customer data.
Commercial documents control pricing and payment
The public website is informational. Exact fees, taxes, invoicing cadence, payment methods, support scope, and any country-specific commercial terms are controlled by the quote, order form, invoice, or other written agreement you accept with GymFlow.
If there is a conflict between these public Terms and a signed or accepted commercial document, the commercial document controls for that customer relationship.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
GymFlow may update the service, add or retire features, apply maintenance, or change supporting tools where reasonably needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.
GymFlow may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, overdue payment handling after notice, or other material violations of the customer agreement.
Intellectual property and liability
GymFlow retains rights in the software, service design, documentation, and related materials. Customers retain rights in their own business data and content, subject to the permissions needed for GymFlow to operate the service.
Except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, the service is provided on a commercial best-effort basis without unlimited warranties, and liability is limited to the extent set out in the governing customer agreement.
