Is the Najm retention pilot a free trial?
No. It is a scoped, guided pilot offered after a fit review. Commercial terms, branch scope, supported data, and enabled modes are confirmed in writing.
Will Najm send messages automatically from day one?
No. Weeks 1–2 are shadow mode with no member-facing action. Weeks 3–4 are review mode. Assisted follow-up is considered only in weeks 5–6 under the approved controls.
What data does the pilot need?
At minimum, usable subscription dates and a basic attendance history. Freeze history, previous follow-up, message-delivery status, and recorded outcomes improve the case evidence where available.
How is success measured?
The pilot separates cases, reviews, approvals, member responses, and confirmed subscription outcomes. It also tracks value at risk, recorded recovered amount, delivery failures, and review cadence.
Can the pilot run in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?
Yes, through a guided rollout. Country-specific invoice, tax, payment, sender, consent, and operating requirements are confirmed before launch rather than assumed.
