Questions gym owners ask
Can GymFlow set a maximum class capacity?
Yes. Set an explicit capacity for each class. GymFlow checks available places when a booking is made and rejects an additional booking when the class is full.
Can members book group classes from their phones?
Yes. When the member workflow is enabled, members can view the schedule, remaining places, cancellation deadline, and class balance.
Does GymFlow manage a class waitlist?
No. There is no in-system waitlist at this time. The front desk can arrange an alternative process or offer another class.
How do class balances work?
A booking uses included class balance first, then a valid purchased class balance when the included balance is used.
