Multi-Branch Gym Operations: Keep Branch Records and Decisions Clear
2026-09-19GymFlow Teamguide
A second branch creates a second operating context. Members, staff, attendance, revenue, and permissions need to stay separate where they should and visible together where the owner needs a decision.
The operating problem
GymFlow supports multi-branch operations with branch records, staff permissions, per-branch attendance, and reporting. The goal is one operating record without mixing branch responsibility.
A clean multi-branch workflow
- Set the branch boundary: Create the branch structure and decide which staff roles can work in each branch.
- Keep attendance per branch: Record visits in the branch context so the owner can review local activity and consolidated performance.
- Review revenue by branch: Use branch reports to see where subscriptions and attendance are moving instead of combining every number in one sheet.
- Make the next decision: Use the consolidated view for owner decisions, then return to the branch record for the action.
Multi-branch setup checklist
- Name every branch clearly.
- Assign staff permissions before launch.
- Review branch attendance separately.
- Compare branch revenue from the same date range.
- Keep owner decisions separate from front-desk tasks.
