What you can request
- Sales or procurement questions, including pricing, scope, onboarding, and market rollout.
- Operational support related to your account, migration, or platform setup.
- Data requests such as export, correction, deletion support, or other privacy-related assistance for a customer account.
Verification before action
GymFlow may require reasonable proof that the requester is authorized to act for the customer account before sharing, changing, exporting, or deleting information.
If a request concerns member data, GymFlow may direct the requester back to the business customer first where that customer controls the data relationship.
Response expectations
Response times depend on the nature, complexity, and urgency of the request. GymFlow will aim to acknowledge business-critical issues promptly and handle data-related requests within a reasonable operational timeframe.
